ABOUT MY SITE'S IMAGERY
There's a wonderful moment in Vladimir Nabokov's memoir Speak, Memory in which he tells the story of a beloved great aunt whose dying words are, "Now I understand. Everything is water."
Images of water, the sea, and all things maritime fill me with peace and clarity — and so, too, does a successful course of psychotherapy. I hope that the images I've shared give you a sense of how we can help you experience your inner world: not as a dangerous place of turmoil but as a place of peace you can return to again and again.
